7 Packaged Low-Carb Snacks I Love

OK, even the greatest meal preppers among us can attest to the fact that we’re human. And we need snacks, damn it! I love salty snacks and over time I’ve been so relieved to find healthier alternatives. Below is a list of my favorite go-to’s, many of which you can buy on Amazon or find in your local grocery store (usually on the natural foods aisle).

      1. Skinny Pop | I love popcorn and these 100 calorie bags are the perfect compromise – and only 7 net carbs.  I’ve been known to sneak these into movie theaters from time-to-time. Sorry not sorry.

      1. Biena Chickpea Snacks | If you love chips, these are for you! These little guys are delicious and so flavorful! They come in every flavor under the sun, but the portion size is much small here (only 1/4 cup) and they’re a bit pricey.

      1. Moon Cheese | A healthier take on cheese-its, and they’re basically 0 carbs. You’re welcome!

      1. Quaker Rice Cakes | OK, trust me. You can dress these bad boys up with fabulous combinations: peanut butter + dark chocolate chips, hummus + cucumber, almond butter + strawberries, cream cheese + smoked salmon.

      1. Justin’s Squeeze Packs | These packs are great to throw into your purse and enjoy on-the-go or in between meals.

      1. Primal Strips Meatless Vegan Jerky | As a vegetarian, I seriously miss beef jerky. A LOT. These strips are delicious and very satisfying, and come in fun flavors.

      1. Kirkland Organic Roasted Seaweed Snacks | I used to love buying these at Costco, a whole pack would last for weeks! They’re not for everybody, but they’re virtually 0 carbs and help with any salty cravings.

Ok, that’s it for me! Did I miss anything? What are your favorite packaged snacks?
